Terms of Service

ChartRun (the “Service”) is a mock investing game that replays historical market price data. It is provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes, and no real money is traded.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment solicitation, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any particular security. In-game performance does not guarantee actual investment results.

• You may play as a guest or sign up with Kakao, Google, or email.
• Your account is for your own use only and may not be transferred to others.
• You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Account.
• Accounts inactive (not logged in) for more than 3 months may be deleted automatically, along with account info, game records, and ranking records. Logging in again resets the retention period.

• Manipulating records or rankings by abnormal means (forged requests, automation tools, etc.)
• Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
• Using a nickname that offends other users

The charts used in the game are based on publicly available historical price data and may differ from actual market data. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the data.

Company names, ticker symbols, and logos shown in the Service are the property of the respective companies and are displayed only to identify the source of historical charts. ChartRun is not affiliated with those companies.

The Service is provided “as is.” The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, or from actual investment decisions based on in-game information.

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service as operationally necessary. Material changes will be announced within the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be handled by the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
