Privacy Policy

ChartRun (the “Service”) collects the following.

• Social login — Kakao/Google account ID, nickname (profile name), email address
• Email login — email address
• Collected automatically during use — game session records (score, return, rank), access timestamps

Game records of guests who are not logged in are stored only on the user’s device (browser storage) and are not sent to the server in any identifiable form.

• Account identification and keeping you logged in
• Leaderboard (ranking) display — your nickname and return are shown to other users
• Storing game records and syncing across devices
• Statistical analysis to improve service quality

Personal information is deleted without delay when you close your account. You can do this yourself under Settings → Account; upon withdrawal your account info, game records, and ranking records are deleted immediately. Information we are legally required to retain is stored separately for the required period, then deleted.

In addition, accounts inactive for 3+ months are deleted automatically, along with their account info, game records, and ranking records. Logging back in resets the retention period.

We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties.

To operate the Service we use data storage (Supabase Inc.), hosting (Vercel Inc.), and error/stability monitoring (Sentry / Functional Software, Inc.). These processors may not use the information for any purpose other than the entrusted one.

Error monitoring receives diagnostic data when the app malfunctions (the error details, device/browser type). Personally identifiable information such as email, nickname, or IP address is stripped before sending; only an anonymous identifier for linking reports is included.

You may view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Do it directly in the in-app settings, or request it via the contact below.

We use an authentication cookie to keep you logged in, and browser storage (localStorage) to keep your game settings and records. You can block these in your browser settings, but some features may be limited.
