Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your ChartRun account and all related data using the methods below.

Delete in the app

1. Open the ChartRun app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings (Profile) screen.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed from our servers immediately on confirmation.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email kevin87552630@gmail.com with the email you signed up with, and we will process the deletion within a few business days.

Data that is deleted

• Account info (email, nickname)
• Coins, XP, level, badges, and owned items
• Game records & stats, leaderboard entries
• Referral data
• Anonymous analytics events tied to your account

Retention period

On request, the data above is deleted immediately. Backups and residual analytics logs are fully purged within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the statutory period, then destroyed.
